“The Lord Your God fights for you!”

Although Moses is referencing future battles and wars that Joshua will encounter as Israel begins its conquest of the land of Canaan, he speaks of God’s enabling power in the present tense.

God doesn’t just show up sometimes and then leave again. His powerful presence accompanies His people all the time and everywhere they go.

Because God fights for you, you are empowered to accomplish His plans and purpose and do His will!
